What are the HEPA filter maintenance standard?
During the packaging, transportation, installation and use of HEPA air filters, they must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements.
After a period of use, the HEPA filter traps various dusts on the surface of the filter material, thereby reducing filtration efficiency and resistance.
It affects the air supply volume, cleanliness and efficiency of the air conditioning unit of the central air conditioning unit or clean engineering equipment. In this case, the air filter needs to be replaced in time to ensure air cleanliness requirements.
Daily maintenance of various air filters in the clean room
All kinds of air filters are not allowed to tear or open the bag or packaging film by hand before installation. The air filter should be stored in the direction indicated on the HEPA filter box. During the handling of the HEPA air filter, it should be handled gently to avoid violent vibration and collision.
For HEPA filters, the installation direction must be correct. The connection between the filter and the frame is strictly prohibited from leakage, deformation, damage and leakage. After installation, the inner wall must be clean and free from dust, oil, rust and debris.
Testing method: Observe or wipe with a white cloth
Before the HEPA filter is installed, the clean room must be thoroughly cleaned and cleaned. If there is dust inside the air-conditioning system, it should be cleaned and wiped again to meet the cleaning requirements. If the HEPA filter is installed in the technical interlayer or ceiling, the technical layer or the ceiling should also be thoroughly cleaned and wiped clean.
The transport and storage of the HEPA filter should be placed in the direction of the manufacturer’s logo. During transportation, it should be handled gently to prevent violent vibration and collision, and it is not allowed to load and unload.
Before the HEPA filter is installed, it must be unpacked at the installation site for visual inspection. Is the filter paper, sealant and frame damaged? Whether the side length, diagonal and thickness dimensions meet the requirements. Whether the frame has burrs and rust spots (metal frame)? Whether there is a product certificate, whether the technical performance meets the design requirements？
