Polyester Filter Media


Emix Polyester Filter Media cover a wide range of applications and offer an excellentpolyester fabric combination of quality, performance, and price.

J Series and R Series are filter mats manufactured from selected high performance, non-breakable “nonwoven” synthetic fibers (100% polyester) in a progressive density multi-layering technique to ensure high depth loading with optimal lowest pressure drop performance. Synthetic fibers are connected by resin, thermally bonded or needle bonded to prevent fiber release.

Thanks to the progressive structure in the direction of the air flow, polyester filter felt combine a high dust holding capacity with a low pressure drop (lower than filters with a homogeneous structure) and are therefore extremely cost effective with a long filter life.

They are suitable for HVAC coarse filtration of the intake air in general ventilation and air handling units, in air conditioning systems in civil and industrial, in heating systems, and for pre-filtration as an initial barrier to more efficient filters in overspray removal in spray paint booth finishing processes, etc.

The collection of both rolls (max width:2000mm) and cut pads is available in a wide variety of performance levels, thicknesses or colors. Also, we offer a sonic sewn edge for polyester media. The media can be sonic welded in single, double or triple layers with a clean finished edge for the filter bag usages.
